I am one of many Freeman School students, faculty and staff who ride bikes to school. New Orleans is a great town for urban biking. It’s perfectly flat. The subtropical climate provides nice weather for biking most months of the school year. Finally, parking for bikes on campus is plentiful, convenient and free. Almost the exact opposite of the parking situation for cars on campus. Check out these links for bikes on campus and in New Orleans.
