I’d like to introduce you to the biggest Asian Market in New Orleans (that I know of): Hong Kong Food Market. It’s located at 925 Behrman Hwy #3 on the west bank of the Mississippi River.
Hong Kong Food Market has many veggies, fruit, deli, cookies, sauces, noodles (instant noodles, etc), meat, and much more. Avocado, watermelon and rice are located at the entrance of the market. My friends and I always come here for Asian food. This place is just a perfect cure for homesickness when I miss Chinese cuisine.
Hong Kong Food Market is pretty big and has thousands of authentic Asian products, especially Chinese food. I’m sure you will find something you like! Check it out!
