After traveling across the ocean, the group of nearly 100 first-years arrived in Paris throughout the day on Sunday. We were given the whole day to check in and sight see before we got down to the academic portion of the trip which starts Monday. Some students left earlier and enjoyed a few days at other locations throughout Europe and others plan to stay for a week after our trip is over as it is conveniently planned to end when Spring Break starts. We did not have to worry about scheduling flights/meals/hotels or dealing with any other logistics as Tulane took care of everything for us. This trip, which will include many guest speakers and company visits, is part of the required global component of the MBA program. If you ask me, it’s a pretty great requirement.
