The days keep getting better here in Paris. On the third morning we had the opportunity to speak with A Novo CEO, Richard Seurat. We discussed a case, written by INSEAD, about the actions Seurat took to transform his company. Here we were getting the opportunity to interact with this leader and discuss where he failed and where he succeeded. He made some really great points and it’s was wonderful to learn from his expertiese in global management. Following lunch at a local restaurant, we headed for a company visit to Alcatel-Lucent. After presenting our passports and being cleared by security, we were ushered into Alcatel-Lucent’s amazing corporate headquarters and had the opportunity to listen to the Chief Marketing Officer for the company. This is good stuff!!!
