On Valentine’s Day, I flew all the way up to Anaheim, California, the home of Disneyland. I had much fun there with a bunch of brilliant people from California State University – Hayward. When our group of people lined up for takeout at the Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, the notice board at the restaurant’s entrance drew my attention: Jazz Kitchen- a taste of New Orleans. I should have taken a picture, but my phone was dead. I thought to myself, hey, I might be the right person in the group to judge if the taste is genuine. J The highlight is Disneyland restaurant featuring New Orleans!
So, prospective MACCT applicants out there: if you would like to try out the traditional New Orleans food, why not come to Tulane University at New Orleans? Bet you would be impressed!
