One interesting internship I had during my senior year at LSU was being able to work with the Louisiana State Bond Commission. The SBC is part of the State Treasury, and we helped manage the state’s debt and oversaw election and debt applications. It was a unique work environment, and I really enjoyed my time there.

Why are you pursuing your MBA?

I am pursuing my MBA to acquire more applicable business knowledge and build my network. I think that pursuing an MBA will give me the opportunity to expand my scope and gain valuable experience.

What attracted you to Freeman?

I was attracted to Freeman because of the outstanding reputation it has, and the focus it puts on preparing students for their careers. Freeman wants their students to excel inside and outside of the classroom. During my time at Freeman, I hope to gain experience, and I hope to better prepare myself for a career that I want.
