His expertise lies in planning, cost control, scheduling and stakeholder management. He has successfully managed multiple projects worth millions of dollars and has been able to maximize profits with constrained resources within a stipulated time frame.
Santosh is a strong advocate for operational efficiency and has implemented various internal compliance systems and management planning control systems to ensure satisfactory execution of projects. He has also developed a vendor base for obtaining procurement of materials at favorable terms and has prepared purchase schedules for timely procurement of raw materials and capital equipment.
